Free meditation courses in Limerick
Meditation allows us to bypass our busy mind and experience a sense of peace and purpose that comes from the core of our being. Its uses range from a simple means of relieving stress, to a powerful tool of inner self-discovery and spiritual awakening.
The Sri Chinmoy Centre have been offering meditation courses in Ireland since 1999. We always give the classes free of charge, as we feel that meditation merely uncovers and awakens inner treasures that are already lying dormant inside us, and we can't really charge people for something they already have :)
