The Sri Chinmoy Centre have been offering meditation courses in Ireland since 1999. Our courses are practically oriented, with many different techniques, as well as advice on setting up a daily meditation practice and keeping it going. We always give the classes free of charge, as we feel that the inner peace that meditation allows us access to already lying dormant inside us, and we can't really charge people for something they already have.
